Fallow Grove Insurance Services is seeking an Underwriting Analyst to join our UA team in a hybrid role. Responsibilities include researching accounts, managing inspections, processing endorsements, and renewing quotes while leveraging AI to streamline processes.

The role requires a P&C license or a plan to obtain it within the first year, plus strong Excel, SharePoint, and organizational skills. Office attendance 2–3 days weekly is expected.

Qualifications

• Typing speed of 40+ words per minute is required.
• Solid working knowledge of Excel, including commonly used formulas.
• Solid understanding of all Microsoft Products, including tools found in SharePoint.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage competing priorities.
• Ability to come in office 2-3 times a week (and more as required).

Responsibilities

• Research accounts, manage inspections, and prepare renewals for quotes.
• Process endorsements and ensure accurate documentation.
• Leverage AI or other tools to streamline workflows and improve efficiency.
• Collaborate with the UA team to deliver seamless insurance products to clients.
