Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience facilitating team conversations.
• 2-4 years of experience using virtual training software such as Teams or Zoom.
• 1-3 years of experience using AI and automation tools to develop content, streamline processes, and improve systems.
• Must have experience with planning and coordinating training and event schedules.
• Experience facilitating strategic conversations, difficult conversations, reframing the question, and course correcting as needed.

Responsibilities

• Deliver inclusive, interactive workshops, adapting material to audience responses in the moment.
• Collaborate and provide constructive feedback to enhance programs using best practices and participant input.
• Manage program materials, training tools, and attendance records.
• Liaise with departments to assess development needs and make recommendations.
• Plan and coordinate venues, schedules, delivery methods, and travel arrangements.
