Job summary

HP is seeking an expert Technical Program Manager to lead large-scale software programs with a focus on AI-driven and computer vision–enabled solutions. You will partner across Engineering, Product, QA, Security, and external vendors to drive predictable delivery and release readiness.

You’ll operate with autonomy, managing multiple programs and bringing structure, discipline, and execution to complex, data-driven product ecosystems.

Qualifications

• 7–10+ years of experience in technical program or project management within software organizations.
• Proven track record delivering complex, cross-functional software programs at scale.
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC), release management, and agile practices.
• Solid understanding of AI/ML concepts, with exposure to computer vision systems and data-driven applications.
• Experience managing dependencies, risks, and stakeholders in highly matrixed environments.
• Experience working with globally distributed teams and external partners.
• Strong communication, prioritization, and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of multiple complex software programs, including AI/ML and computer vision–based initiatives, with predictable execution and on-time releases.
• Drive alignment across Engineering, Product, QA, Security, and Operations to ensure seamless delivery.
• Manage program scope, timelines, dependencies, and risks across distributed teams and partners.
• Ensure release readiness, including quality gates, compliance, and stakeholder alignment.
• Partner with external vendors to coordinate deliverables and resolve execution challenges.
• Provide clear, data-driven insights to leadership to support decision-making and risk mitigation.
• Continuously improve program execution, release processes, and operating rhythms to increase quality and efficiency.
