Zusammenfassung

AMAX is seeking a Technical Program Manager to lead our Digital Operations initiative, integrating MES and ERP with AI agent tech to deliver actionable data insights for management and operations teams.

You will coordinate between internal business units and offshore developers, capture requirements, guide design and validation, and drive rollout, training, and adoption across the organization.

Aufgaben

• Elicit, document, and prioritize business requirements from management and operations stakeholders; translate them into precise software requirements for offshore development teams.
• Own end-to-end delivery of Digital Operations features, from ideation and design through development, testing, UAT, and rollout.
• Synchronize efforts between business units (process owners, IE/PE, data teams) and offshore software engineers, ensuring alignment on scope, timeline, and quality.
• Review software deliverables, proof-of-concept, and prototypes; provide structured feedback and acceptance/rejection decisions based on business fit and technical soundness.
• Design and deliver training programs for end users during rollout; develop documentation, SOPs, and runbooks to support adoption.
• Identify program risks, blockers, and cross-functional dependencies early; drive resolution through clear escalation and stakeholder communication.
• 3+ years in a Technical Program Manager, Industrial Engineering, Process Engineering, or Manufacturing Operations role within a production/manufacturing environment.
• Bi-lingual, Mandarin and English.
• Hands-on exposure to MES and/or ERP systems — you understand shop-floor workflows, work orders, BOMs, scheduling, and inventory, as well as data flows between MES and ERP.
• Foundational software knowledge: AI agents/LLMs, SQL, and API-based integrations.
