Job summary

Advisors Asset Management is seeking a Tier 2 Production Support Specialist to ensure the stability of critical applications, trading workflows, data feeds, and reporting. You will triage issues, monitor system health, and collaborate with development and business teams to maintain reliability.

Ideal candidates have 3–6+ years in production support, strong troubleshooting across SQL Server, web apps, and APIs, and familiarity with BI/reporting tools.

Qualifications

• 3–6+ years of experience in production support, application support, or technical operations.
• Strong troubleshooting skills across SQL Server, web apps, APIs, data flows.
• Experience in fast-paced financial services environments preferred.
• Ability to communicate technical issues clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Preferred experience supporting trading or capital markets.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Tier 2 escalation point for production incidents and system issues.
• Troubleshoot across in-house apps, workflows, data feeds, and reporting.
• Monitor production systems for performance, availability, and data inconsistencies.
• Analyze logs and data to identify root causes and document resolutions.
• Coordinate with users and technical teams; support releases and maintenance.
• Leverage Copilot and AI-assisted workflows to improve troubleshooting and efficiency.
