Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years in two or more areas: incident response, threat hunting, cyber threat intelligence, or dark web monitoring.
• Ability to communicate executive and technical findings clearly.
• Willingness to rotate on-call weekends and travel up to 5%.
• Experience using AI to enhance threat intelligence analysis.

Responsibilities

• Maintain ownership of assigned CAO Elite customer accounts and ensure satisfaction.
• Perform threat hunting and research tailored intelligence for CAO Elite clients.
• Prepare and deliver presentations on intelligence reports and hunting findings.
• Respond to customer requests on threat intelligence, hunting, and dark web monitoring.
• Collaborate with CrowdStrike teams to enhance services and knowledge.
