Elite Technical is seeking a Project Manager in the New York area to lead telecom and software initiatives powered by AI-assisted planning and robust risk management. You will coordinate across Engineering, Product, DevOps, and Sales to ensure timely, on-budget delivery of complex network and software upgrades.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, CS, Business Technology or equivalent.
• 3+ years as a Project Manager on cross-functional programs spanning Engineering, Product, DevOps and stakeholders.
• 5+ years managing technical projects in telecom, ISP, cable/broadband, SaaS, or large-scale infra environments.
• CSM/PSM and/or SCPO with at least two years of active facilitation.
• Proven experience managing cross-functional projects with five+ concurrent workstreams.
• Proficiency in Jira and Confluence; planning, scheduling, and analytics.

Responsibilities

• Build project plans, set milestones, allocate resources, and deliver technical solutions across network, software, and platform initiatives.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Product, DevOps, Sales, and stakeholders to align goals.
• Lead sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives; drive continuous improvement.
• Provide clear leadership updates using AI tools for sharp reports and insights.
• Maintain on-time, on-budget delivery with transparent reporting.
