Fin, now part of Salesforce, is seeking a Technical Support Engineer in Chicago to own complex customer issues, use AI tools to support customers, and collaborate with product teams to improve the platform.

You will handle inquiries across channels, maintain high-quality customer interactions, and contribute to continuous improvement through KPI-driven work and learning. This role is hybrid with office three days a week.

Qualificações

• 2+ years of technical support experience.
• Innate comfort in using AI tools to interpret problems.
• Understanding of REST API, SDKs & Webhooks.

Responsabilidades

• Communicate efficiently with customers using Fin and Intercom platforms.
• Own customer communications and issues from initial contact to resolution.
• Debug complex issues with knowledge of codebase and technologies used by customers.
