Job summary

MDVIP seeks a Technical Product Owner to lead end-to-end delivery of digital initiatives for our website and enrollment experience. You will manage the technical backlog, collaborate with engineering, design, QA, DevOps, and business stakeholders to define requirements and ensure timely, high-value outcomes.

You will champion an AI-first approach, drive conversion and SEO improvements, and oversee testing, release planning, and operational reliability across web platforms.

Qualifications

• BS in Computer Science or related field; 2+ years as a Technical Product Owner or similar role.
• Experience with website platforms/CMS such as Acquia, Drupal, Azure, or personalization/analytics tools.
• Working knowledge of JavaScript, SQL, and CSS; React experience preferred.
• Strong SEO, site performance, accessibility, and A/B testing fundamentals.
• Led a meaningful digital initiative (CRO, SEO, analytics integrations).
• Experience with Agile/Scrum practices and tools like Jira and Confluence.
• Experience managing a product backlog with Engineering and TechOps.
• Active daily use of AI tools (Claude Code, Copilot, or similar).

Responsibilities

• Own and prioritize the website backlog aligned with Marketing roadmap.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and prioritize requirements.
• Define user stories, acceptance criteria, and success metrics.
• Ensure alignment of product vision with technical feasibility and user needs.
• Track metrics for conversions, engagement, performance, and SEO.
• Lead Agile ceremonies and coordinate multi-workstream delivery.
• Perform hands-on testing and maintain automated test coverage.
• Coordinate with web platform providers for enhancements.
