Job summary

Meijer Inc. in Grand Rapids is seeking a seasoned IT professional to lead the implementation and enhancement of vendor software and hardware packages within a SAFe/ITIL aligned environment.

You will collaborate with vendors, IT peers, and business stakeholders to define requirements, evaluate technologies, and deliver secure, scalable solutions. The role supports AI-enabled vendor packages (Azure OpenAI, Copilot Studio, Power Platform) and guides acceptance criteria, prompts, and

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required.
• SAFe certifications such as SSM/SASM/SA/SPC/SPMPO preferred.
• Itil Foundations Certification desired.
• Experience designing and modifying business applications.
• Strong Agile and cross-functional teamwork experience.
• Familiarity with GenAI concepts and Azure AI ecosystem preferred.
• Understanding of responsible AI practices and vendor evals.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, implement, and configure vendor software applications.
• Develop interfaces and assist deployment of solutions.
• Evaluate and optimize packages to meet SLA requirements.
• Provide high-level technical consulting on vendor apps and interfaces.
• Define acceptance criteria with Product Owner and IT partners.
• Participate in SAFe Agile ceremonies and ITIL-aligned production support.
