Job summary

InRhythm is seeking a Technical Product Owner (AI Solution Owner) to blend product ownership with prompt engineering and full-stack technical leadership. You will translate business intent into precise specifications for Claude-driven development and ensure alignment across Java/Spring Boot backend APIs, data models, and Angular components.

You will own the specification pipeline, design reusable templates, and manage the AI‑DLC workflow, including context packs and governance, while balancing

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a Technical Product Owner, Systems Analyst, or Technical PM role with enterprise software delivery.
• Hands-on or deep fluency in enterprise Java (Spring Boot, REST APIs) and modern Angular (TypeScript, components, state).
• Proven ability to author clear, machine-readable specifications for AI-assisted development.
• Experience crafting prompts for LLMs in a software engineering context.
• Ability to decompose complex workflows into discrete, testable technical components.

Responsibilities

• Own the Specification Pipeline: author, maintain, refine structured feature specifications for full-stack development.
• Design stack-specific spec templates for Java and Angular architectures, including domain models and API contracts.
• Manage the AI-DLC workflow from requirements ingestion to code generation and merge governance.
• Maintain codebase context packs and architecture docs to align generated code with standards.
• Prioritize AI-driven generation vs. manual engineering based on architectural complexity; track delivery metrics.
