Job summary

Tech Mirrors seeks an experienced Technical Product Owner to drive specification-driven AI-enabled development. You will translate business needs into precise technical specs and user stories, collaborating with engineering and QE across multiple Agile trains to deliver high-quality software.

The role emphasizes AI-assisted tooling, prompt engineering, Playwright automation, and governance of development standards, with a hybrid on-site/remote collaboration model in the BFSI domain.

Qualifications

• 10+ years as Product Owner/Technical PO with requirements work.
• Experience writing structured, testable specifications.
• Strong API, SDLC, and system-architecture knowledge.
• Experience with AI-assisted development tools like GitHub Copilot.
• Experience working with Agile Release Trains (ARTs).
• Familiarity with automation frameworks, preferably Playwright.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Gather business requirements and translate into clear technical specifications.
• Create detailed user stories, acceptance criteria and edge cases.
• Define AI-consumable specs for Copilot and QA outputs.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, engineering and QE across ARTs.
• Promote test-first development and automation with Playwright.
• Interpret APIs, architecture, and data pipelines for implementation.
