Job summary

Libra Solutions, LP is seeking a Technical Product Owner to own the full requirements and delivery lifecycle within an engineering pod. The role blends technical depth with product ownership, leading stakeholder discovery and translating business complexity into engineering-ready specs, while owning sprint execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a technical field and software development exposure.
• 3+ years in technical product ownership, solutions analysis, or software engineering within an Agile environment.
• Ability to read code, evaluate architecture, and assess technical feasibility.
• Strong knowledge of REST APIs, relational databases, and web application architecture.
• Experience with AI-assisted requirements tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery with stakeholders to define scope and requirements.
• Translate business needs into epics, features, and user stories.
• Direct AI workflows to produce artifacts and validate accuracy.
• Own and refine the pod backlog and run sprint ceremonies.
• Coordinate with Product Management and engineering teams.
• Review pull requests and enforce the definition of done.
