Job summary

Xplor Technologies seeks a Technical Product Owner to partner with Clubessential product and development teams, clients, and stakeholders to shape product vision and backlog. You will translate business needs into polished backlogs and drive AI-enabled capabilities across the suite with engineering and data teams.

You will collaborate across marketing, sales, implementation, and support to ensure successful releases, education, and adoption.

Qualifications

BS/MS degree in Business, Engineering, or related field preferred.
3+ years’ work experience as product owner, business analyst or subject matter expert in SaaS software applications preferred.
Excellent oral and written communicator up, down, across and outside the organization.
Strong critical thinking, analytical and data‑driven decision‑making skills.
Experience with bug/issue/enhancement tracking, project management software.
Experience defining or shipping AI‑powered product features, or working closely with data science/ML teams, a plus.

Responsibilities

Own the products backlog; write/refine user stories that support sprint goals and product strategy.
Collaborate with engineering, design and QA to ensure delivery of product features.
Identify opportunities to apply AI and automation to improve efficiency and personalization.
Define requirements, success metrics, and guardrails for AI powered features with data teams.
Serve as primary communication link between business stakeholders and delivery teams.
Lead Scrum ceremonies and participate in release planning and readiness.
