Job summary

impact.com is seeking a Technical Product Manager for the Action Processing (AP) and Contracting Squad. You will own feature sets end-to-end, define success metrics, and deliver outcomes in a systems-heavy domain. You’ll work with a Senior PM and Engineers, guiding specs, prioritization, and AI-driven innovations.

You’ll write Markdown requirements, partner with engineering, and lead cross-squad collaboration to ensure timely, high-quality delivery and measurable business impact.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of product management experience with end-to-end ownership
• Ability to define success metrics (OKRs) and drive outcomes
• Experience in systems-heavy or technical product domains
• Experience writing requirements in Markdown adjacent to code repos
• Familiarity with AI tooling and agent-based testing

Responsibilities

• Own feature development for Action Processing and Contracting Squad initiatives
• Define success up front with metrics, ship and track adoption and impact
• Write high-quality customer and business requirements
• Develop Markdown requirements adjacent to the GitHub repo
• Partner with Engineering to surface risks and drive tradeoffs
• Shape and communicate the roadmap within your scope
• Collaborate with Product Marketing on go-to-market strategies
