Stand Together, Arlington, VA, seeks a Technology Portfolio & Delivery Leader to shape how technology investments are prioritized and delivered across the enterprise. The role builds a modern, AI-enabled portfolio, aligning strategy to execution and driving measurable value.

You will partner with senior leaders to transform workflows, remove barriers, and empower teams to deliver their greatest contributions, driving transformation and responsible innovation at scale.

Qualifications

• Significant experience leading technology portfolios, enterprise delivery functions, or large-scale technology transformation across complex, multi-team organizations.

Responsibilities

• Shape Enterprise Technology Strategy by aligning investments, priorities, roadmaps, and delivery commitments with objectives and outcomes.
• Drive investment and capacity decisions with transparent prioritization and resource allocation models.
• Transform the technology customer experience with an AI-enabled intake and work management capability.
• Lead enterprise delivery excellence by improving portfolio, program, project, and agile practices.
• Champion AI and innovation to enhance planning, forecasting, reporting, and delivery effectiveness.
• Enable data-driven leadership with integrated demand, capacity, and delivery performance views.
• Simplify operations by challenging legacy processes and coordinating with architecture, security, and tech teams.
