Job summary

RADaR Analytics seeks a Director of Innovation & Technology to drive MTP's AI strategy across ten agencies. You will connect agencies through thoughtful technology adoption, enable AI education, and guide practical solutions that improve how teams work.

The role emphasizes hands-on exploration, governance of responsible AI, and leading a small Technology Solutions Consultants team to implement impactful changes within agencies.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of AI and emerging technology; hands-on experience evaluating AI tools and platforms.
• Track record of driving adoption of tools, not just selection.
• Curious, creative, and practical approach to problem solving.
• Excellent stakeholder management across multiple agency cultures.
• Experience translating business challenges into technology or process solutions.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the President of RADaR to advance MTP's AI and innovation strategy.
• Evaluate emerging technology and AI tools for fit; recommend adoption where it adds value.
• Establish MTP-wide guidance on responsible AI usage.
• Lead a small team of Technology Solutions Consultants working with agencies.
• Facilitate the MTP AI Council and share best practices across agencies.
• Coordinate cross-agency planning to balance consistency with agency needs.
• Track adoption and efficiency gains and guide future investment.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams on custom development when needed.
