Job summary

Qualifications

5+ years of experience leading complex technology projects in a large organization.
Experience using enterprise-authorized AI capabilities to support program management workflows.
Ability to review AI-assisted plans and risks with strong data-handling awareness.
Advanced stakeholder management to influence cross-functional teams and clients.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute comprehensive project plans with technical requirements, resources, and timelines.
Utilize enterprise AI capabilities to accelerate planning and risk synthesis and produce executive-ready updates.
Identify and mitigate risks with contingency planning to sustain momentum.
Collaborate with engineering, product, and business stakeholders to define scope, objectives and deliverables.
Apply analytical reasoning to assess program performance and drive data-driven improvements.
Champion agile delivery practices and continuous improvement within the team.
