Job summary

Vistra Corporate Services Company in Irving, Texas seeks a Sr. Technology Product Manager to shape the long-term vision and strategy for Vistra products in the nuclear AI space.

You will drive rollout and adoption of AI platforms in close business partnership, defining roadmaps and features for a multi-million-dollar value portfolio. You will collaborate across stakeholders to identify needs, articulate the solution context, and deliver enhanced product value.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience with project management, agile practices, and/or product owner techniques.
• Demonstrated leadership for enterprise-wide initiatives with collaboration and negotiation skills.
• Knowledge of technology best practices, methodologies and processes (e.g., ISO 9000, ITIL, CMM, SDLC).
• Strong verbal and written communication with business and technology stakeholders.
• Evidence-based decision making to communicate with teams and stakeholders.
• Ability to balance growth with technology processes and procedures.
• Energetic, hands-on team player with integrity and collaborative style.
• Experience translating concepts into viable products or business solutions.

Responsibilities

• Meet technology and business goals for products and solutions.

• Understand cost structures and licensing models of components.
• Create pricing and revenue generating elements.
• Develop measurement models (ROI, NPS) to communicate value.
• Monitor market conditions and competitive landscape.

• Define releases and program increments.
• Ensure alignment with architecture, delivery, and security standards.
• Participate in and drive demos.
• Drive deployment and adoption with stakeholders.
