Edlio, a fast-paced software company in Los Angeles, is seeking a Tech Lead to guide our engineering team and drive delivery for a web-based CMS used by schools nationwide. You will mentor engineers, shape architecture, and champion responsible AI-assisted development.

You'll turn product goals into actionable plans, review code, manage risk, and collaborate with product and client teams. A growth mindset and strong leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS, Eng, or related field.
• Experience leading engineering teams is preferred.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools and practices.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Turn product and business requirements into scoped engineering plans and delivery targets.
• Review code and pair with engineers on technical decisions.
• Champion AI-assisted development and responsible tooling usage.
• Spot project risk early and build contingency plans.
• Run retros and pilot concrete process fixes.
• Act as primary technical contact across teams and stakeholders.
• Grow into managing developers as the team scales.
