Job summary
EY is seeking a Project Manager / Scrum Master to drive agile delivery and PMO governance for strategic technology initiatives within the Americas OCTO. You will own delivery planning, cross‑functional coordination, and backlog refinement with Product Owners, ensuring high-quality, timely releases.
The role blends product, engineering, architecture, and business teams, with strong emphasis on AI-enabled platforms and delivery metrics.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related technical field.
- 5+ years of experience in Project Management, Product Management, Scrum Master, or related delivery leadership roles.
- Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM, or equivalent) is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, daily stand‑ups, reviews, retros) and ensure governance.
- Manage project plans, timelines, risks, issues, dependencies following PMO standards.
- Administer Jira boards, workflows, dashboards, and reporting.
- Track sprint progress and provide status updates to stakeholders.
- Coordinate cross‑functional teams to meet milestones and releases.
- Support resource planning, RAID management, and executive reporting.
- Facilitate backlog refinement with Product Owners and ensure prioritization.
