You will oversee target validation, assess IP implications, and align discovery activities with portfolio goals. A PhD and 10+ years in pharma/animal health discovery with leadership experience are required; relocation

Responsibilities

• Lead the Discovery Engine and Target Intelligence: oversee target identification, validation and strategic assessment.
• Drive AI/ML partnerships for predictive modeling of targets, disease, toxicology, and safety.
• Oversee development of organoid and 3D cell models to enhance target translation and predictive accuracy.
• Manage and mentor a high-performing discovery science team with a focus on rigorous science and IP strategy.
