Job summary

Qualifications

Currently completing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Economics, IS or a related field.
Foundational understanding of business processes, workforce management, human resources, or organizational effectiveness concepts.
Understanding of how technology can improve employee experiences, workforce operations, talent management, and organizational effectiveness.
Familiarity with data analysis, reporting, process improvement, or business problem‑solving concepts through coursework, projects, internships, or personal learning.
High interest in skills‑based workforce planning, talent development, employee experience, or workforce transformation.

Responsibilities

Help organizations transform how they attract, develop, manage, and empower their workforce through technology-enabled business solutions.
Work with clients across industries including healthcare, financial services, retail, manufacturing, government, and more.
Collaborate with experienced consultants, HR transformation consultants, workforce strategy professionals, and technology specialists to solve real business challenges.
Grow skills through mentorship, certifications, structured learning, AI-enabled consulting, and hands-on client experiences.
