Job summary

LILT is hiring a Head of Talent Acquisition & Recruiting to own full-cycle recruiting across the company. This is a builder-coach role, not a traditional managerial seat.

You will personally run searches for our highest-priority roles while coaching a small team of recruiters, and you will architect an AI-agent-driven talent engine that sources and screens candidates so that human interview time is spent almost entirely on candidates who have already cleared a rigorous, AI-run bar.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a high-growth or AI-centric company.
• Direct, hands-on experience with AI-powered sourcing or screening tools, or ability to design agentic recruiting workflows from scratch.
• Experience coaching or informally leading other recruiters.
• Track record of personally closing hard-to-fill roles, not just managing others.
• Highly preferred: experience integrating small teams / acquihires.

Responsibilities

• Personally own full-cycle recruiting — sourcing, screening, interview loop design, and closing — for high-priority roles across EPRD and GTM.
• Build a team of AI agents, and coach and manage a small team of recruiters and sourcers, for direct sourcing, candidate assessment, and closing techniques.
• In the arena: ensure every recruiter on the team meets your search bar.
• Deploy and manage AI agents as the first-line sourcers and screeners, identifying candidates and scoring them against role-specific scorecards.
• Continuously tune the AI screening bar using outcome data to shrink false positives/negatives.
• Redesign the human interview loop to focus on higher-signal candidates validated by AI; focus on software engineering cycle.
• Build on our recruiting tools (Ashby + Noon AI).
• Own recruiting metrics end-to-end: time-to-fill, pipeline conversion, quality-of-hire, satisfaction metrics.
• Institute rigorous recruiting operations: instrument funnel, fix breaks quickly.
• Partner with hiring managers to translate headcount plans into sourcing strategies and realistic SLAs.
• Coach managers on interviewing and candidate evaluation, maximizing finalist conversations surfaced by the AI layer.
• Build LILT's employer brand as evidence that AI amplifies great recruiters.
