Advanced Management Group in Las Vegas, NV is seeking a Systems & AI Integration Manager to oversee AMG's software stack and AI infrastructure, manage access, integrations, and automation across Entrada, QuickBooks Enterprise, AppFolio, Gearco, NetVendor, and ADP while enabling AI-driven efficiency.

This hands-on role requires security-minded configuration and close collaboration with IT, operations, and risk management to deploy new tools, ensure data governance, and drive scalable, compliant

Qualifications

4+ years of experience in IT systems administration, SaaS management, or business systems analysis.
Hands-on experience with multiple business applications (Entrada, QuickBooks, ADP, Office 365, Domo).
Familiarity with APIs, workflow automation tools (Zapier, Make, Power Automate), and light scripting preferred.

Responsibilities

1) Software Administration & Access Management across AMG's primary systems (Entrada, QuickBooks, AppFolio, Gearco, ADP, NetVendor, Domo, Office 365).
2) System Integration & Optimization using APIs, Zapier, Power Automate, or native connectors.
3) AI Infrastructure & Automation on AMG's NVIDIA DGX Spark systems, including training and ROI evaluation.
