Job summary

Amazon is seeking a highly technical System Admin/Engr I to support AI-driven platforms for Ring and Blink CS Technology Enablement in Los Angeles. You will work across cloud infrastructure and AI-powered workflows, implementing and operating systems that enable large language models and intelligent automation.

You will collaborate with engineering, product, security, privacy, legal and operations to ship AI-powered experiences responsibly and at pace, while building observability and guardrails

Qualifications

• 1+ years of work in at least two of these languages and tools (Python, Java, Perl, PHP, Ruby, Bash/Shell).
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related technical field.
• Experience in a 24/7 production environment and Linux systems administration or development.

Responsibilities

• Document systems with appropriate level of detail; create and improve SOPs.
• Work with Linux/Unix systems, CI/CD pipelines and scripting to scale operations.
• Oversee Amazon Connect, Salesforce, AWS services and AI-enabled customer service tools.
• Identify and mitigate operational and security risks; maintain observability and reliability.
