Job summary

Amazon's Ring and Blink CS Technology Enablement team seeks a Systems Engineer to support AI-driven platforms powering customer service technologies. You will operate systems enabling large language models, intelligent automation, and AI agents at scale.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related technical field or equivalent experience.
• Experience in a 24/7 production environment.
• Experience with Linux systems administration and/or development.

Responsibilities

• Leverage AI tools and automation to drive efficiencies across all areas of responsibility.
• Identify opportunities to streamline and improve operational processes through technology and automation.
• Explore and implement AI-driven solutions for document management, reporting, and administrative tasks.
• Stay current on emerging AI capabilities and recommend adoption where appropriate.
• Document systems with appropriate level of detail; create, revise, and/or improve SOPs.
• Oversee the administration and maintenance of AWS services and other systems supporting customer service operations.
