Job summary

Claru, a Reka data business, is hiring a Supply Lead for remote work from San Francisco or other locations. You will build a partner network across diverse industries, forecast capacity, and automate supply workflows. The role combines strategic market entry with day-to-day execution in a fast-growing, globally distributed startup.

You’ll own pricing, contributor onboarding, and payments while expanding into new geographies. A strong track record in startups and a hands-on approach are essential.

Qualifications

• Early-stage marketplace operating experience — required.
• AI-native — required: leverage agents and automation over headcount.
• You have operated, not only advised — hands-on execution in growth.
• You close business yourself: partner businesses are won in conversation.
• Numerate: model costs per unit and justify changes.
• Credible with owners and shift supervisors alike.

Responsibilities

• Build a portfolio of partner businesses across venues, retail, construction, and more.
• Grow contributor base and expand geographies while keeping supply multi-channel.
• Own geo rate card to price engagements defensibly.
• Own capacity forecasting and commit to delivery timelines.
• Oversee contributor experience, onboarding, payments, and retention.
• Collaborate with platform team to enable self-serve supply.
