Job summary

Getinge is seeking a Senior Director, AI & Supply Chain Transformation to accelerate AI-enabled change across the global Supply Chain. You will partner with planning, operations, logistics, manufacturing, procurement, and IT to implement AI and analytics that improve performance.

The role reports to the VP of Manufacturing and Supply Chain, offering a remote-friendly position with high visibility, strategic impact, and opportunities to lead cross-functional teams in a multinational environment.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• 15+ years in Supply Chain Management or related areas.
• Experience driving AI/digital transformation in large organizations.

Responsibilities

• Lead the AI Transformation Agenda across global Supply Chain.
• Identify high-impact AI opportunities and build a prioritized roadmap.
• Define success metrics and measure outcomes for scaled AI initiatives.
• Partner with IT and business leaders to ensure governance and execution.
