Job summary

HRforGrowth is seeking an AI and Solutions Development Analyst to blend customer-facing supply chain consulting with internal analytics and AI-driven capabilities in a fast-paced environment.

You will partner with Sales, Customer Success, Operations, and IT to design solutions, support business development, and drive continuous improvement across platforms. Occasional travel is expected (10–20%).

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Analytics or related field is required.
• 2+ years in supply chain consulting, logistics analytics, or 3PL operations.
• Ability to conduct customer-facing assessments and deliver formal recommendations.
• Experience building dashboards or reports in Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools.

Responsibilities

• Conduct on-site and virtual supply chain assessments with stakeholders.
• Evaluate networks and recommend cost/service improvements.
• Design logistics solutions leveraging full-service portfolio (truckload, LTL, warehousing).
• Develop customer-facing proposals, ROI analyses, and solution documentation.
• Support sales opportunities with solution design feasibility and pricing input.
• Build and maintain real-time dashboards and analytics for clients and internal teams.
