Job summary

JTC Group in Delray Beach, FL is seeking a recent graduate to join the executive suite as an enhanced Executive Assistant, focused on modernising how a senior leader operates daily. This role emphasizes AI-driven workflows, digital tools, and strategic support beyond diary management.

You will work closely with the Head of USA – Private Capital Services to design efficient processes, manage information flows, and provide discreet, high-value support enabling client growth and leadership

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, economics or related discipline.
Interest in building a career in professional or financial services with JTC.
Confident with AI tools and modern productivity software.
Curious about new technology and quick to learn.
Strong written communication and presentation formatting.
Discretion and judgement with handling sensitive information.
No formal EA experience required; capable of challenging established habits.
Proactive, organized with ability to manage competing priorities with minimal supervision.
Willing to be office-based in Delray Beach, FL and travel across the US.

Responsibilities

Redesign day-to-day workflows using AI and digital tools.
Identify, trial and embed tools to suit a senior executive’s needs.
Maintain digital trackers and dashboards providing real-time visibility of priorities.
Coordinate the Head of USA’s calendar, meetings, and travel.
Prepare briefing packs and materials for governance forums and senior meetings.
Support leadership conversations with constructive feedback.
Ensure brand consistency and improved clarity across materials.
