The company in San Francisco, CA is seeking a Strategy & Operations Manager to help make this operating model real. You will translate priorities into action, lead high-impact initiatives from idea through implementation, and design better ways for the Communications team to work.

You will take ownership of complex projects, partner with senior leaders, and apply AI in practical ways that improve how the organization operates.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in strategy, operations, or related field.
• Experience working with senior leaders on cross-functional initiatives.
• Experience turning ideas into execution with measurable results.
• Experience introducing AI tools and AI-enabled workflows.
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision making.
• Ability to partner with technical builders and use no-code/automation tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic initiatives and projects across Communications, turning opportunities into defined problems, plans, and implementations.
• Shape how the team sets priorities, makes decisions, and follows through on work.
• Design AI-forward project management systems to maintain momentum and surface risks.
• Build operating rhythms and shared processes to reduce unnecessary coordination overhead.
• Translate emerging AI capabilities into practical workflows that free up human judgment for high-impact work.
• Drive adoption of new tools and ways of working across Communications, partnering with systems builders.
• Collaborate with senior leaders to translate priorities into plans, milestones, and measurable outcomes.
• Forge cross-team partnerships to connect work and close ownership gaps.
• Use data and qualitative insights to evaluate effectiveness and identify improvement opportunities.
• Foster a culture of ownership, experimentation, and high-quality execution.
