Capgemini Invent in Dallas is seeking a Strategy Architect for Digital Manufacturing, managing consultant level, to lead AI-enabled transformation projects across manufacturing sites. You will shape strategies, drive cross-functional delivery, and mentor teams in an AI-first environment.

The role emphasizes leadership in Industry 4.0 initiatives, collaboration with IT, OT, and operations, and advancing scalable manufacturing solutions for global clients within Capgemini Invent’s Intelligent

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field; MBA is advantageous.
• 8–15 years in go-to-market sales, business development, consulting, program management or strategy roles in manufacturing or digital transformation.
• Experience enabling large transformation programs in manufacturing with AI-enabled approaches.
• Proven ability to lead projects in complex, client-facing environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead sales, business development, and consulting initiatives for intelligent manufacturing solutions.
• Develop and execute strategies and innovation programs with clients and partners.
• Oversee project delivery ensuring high-quality outcomes and client satisfaction.
• Mentor consulting teams and foster innovation and continuous improvement.
• Bridge shopfloor and enterprise by connecting OT, manufacturing systems, AI, and IT platforms.
• Support business development through proposals, solutioning, and technical presentations.
