Qualifications

• Strong AI literacy and understanding of AI-enabled opportunities in enterprise transformation.
• Ability to collaborate across strategy, technology, data, and design for AI-driven solutions.
• Experience communicating complex concepts with clients and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead sales, business development, and consulting initiatives for intelligent manufacturing solutions.
• Develop and execute strategies and innovation programs with clients and partners.
• Oversee project delivery to ensure high-quality outcomes and client satisfaction.
• Mentor and guide consulting teams to foster innovation and continuous improvement.
• Be an expert and visionary in manufacturing and AI-enabled transformations.
• Engage with cross-functional teams to map current and future state processes.
• Bridge shopfloor and enterprise by connecting OT, manufacturing systems, AI, and IT platforms.
• Evaluate manufacturing technologies and provide business-aligned recommendations.
• Identify opportunities to standardize, optimize, automate, and digitally enable processes.
