Amgen seeks a Strategic Capabilities & Engagement Lead to own the operating model for Obesity and Related Conditions Corporate Affairs. You will enable integrated planning, stakeholder engagement, and capability enablement, partnering with senior leaders to deliver priority outcomes.

You will shape engagement strategies, build AI-enabled solutions, and drive continuous improvement across teams while coordinating with the AVP and cross-functional leaders to strengthen the U.S.

Formación

• Doctorate, Master’s or Bachelor’s with experience in Corporate Affairs, Communications, Public Affairs, Launch Excellence, Program Management or related biopharma functions.
• Extensive experience translating leadership strategy into integrated plans, and leading cross-functional priorities.
• Experience building internal engagement or change communications plans and executive narratives.

Responsabilidades

• Own an integrated plan connecting Corporate Affairs strategy to priorities and leadership narratives.
• Map and prioritize stakeholders, set engagement cadence, track actions and outcomes.
• Lead ecosystem work, align internal priorities with external stakeholders and cross-functional initiatives.
• Translate leadership priorities into quarterly and rolling plans with clear ownership.
• Establish operating cadence and dashboards to track commitments, dependencies and risks.
