Amgen Inc. is seeking a Strategic Capabilities & Engagement Lead to own the operating model for the Obesity and Related Conditions Corporate Affairs team in the U.S.

You will enable delivery of priorities by building an integrated approach, cadence for execution, and a feedback loop to refine plans and strengthen outcomes. The role requires partnering with cross-functional leaders and advancing AI, digital and information-ecosystem capabilities while aligning with the U.S.

Qualifications

• Doctorate, Master’s or Bachelor’s with 4/7/9+ years in Corporate Affairs, Communications, Public Affairs, Launch Excellence, Program Management or related biopharma functions.
• Experience in Corporate Affairs, Communications or Launch Excellence within biopharma or related regulated global environments.
• Ability to translate leadership strategy into integrated plans, operating rhythms and portfolio priorities.
