In this role you will collaborate with Sales, Product, and Engineering, leverage AI capabilities to accelerate adoption, and translate complex healthcare workflows into scalable technology.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Solutions Engineering or related customer-facing technical role.
• Healthcare tech experience, especially in RCM, EHR, or billing SaaS.
• Ability to translate complex tech concepts into clear business value.

Responsibilities

• Serve as technical SME throughout the sales cycle from discovery to implementation planning.
• Deliver high-impact product demonstrations for rehabilitation therapy organizations.
• Collaborate with Sales to translate customer needs into scalable tech solutions.
• Advise on rehabilitation workflow optimization including scheduling, documentation, billing, and RCM best practices.
• Work with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success to influence product direction and represent customer requirements.
• Leverage AI capabilities to enhance demonstrations and problem-solving.
• Develop technical proposals and ROI-driven recommendations aligned with customer goals.
• Stay ahead of industry trends in rehabilitation tech and AI.
