Job summary

Scope Labs in New York City is seeking a Forward Deployed Engineer to join our in-person team. You will embed with startup customers, owning the entire technical relationship from day one and delivering meaningful AI-driven outcomes by Friday.

You will deploy cutting-edge AI tooling into real workflows, work with customers' production environments, and collaborate with Product and Engineering to shape the roadmap based on field insights. This is a hands-on, high-impact role.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a technical, customer-facing role such as Forward Deployed Engineer, Solutions Engineer, or Software Engineer with consulting or startup experience.

Responsibilities

• Own the full technical customer lifecycle from initial deployment through activation and ongoing utilization.
• Identify and champion high-impact use cases and work with startup engineering teams to ship integrations.
• Be the voice of the customer internally, feeding patterns and product insights back to Product and Engineering to shape the roadmap.
