Strong technical foundation in software engineering and architecture decisions.
Knowledge of modern development tools, technologies, and hosting platforms.
Experience establishing and improving engineering practices for quality, reliability, security, and maintainability.
Strong Agile development knowledge and Scrum master experience.
Hands-on experience with AI coding assistants and driving adoption.

Responsibilities

Maximize team throughput by aligning requirements, risks, and status across developers, product, and QA.
Foster growth, engagement, and retention of team members.
Manage the development team: performance reviews, promotions, hiring, and workload management.
Develop and execute the technical roadmap with cross-functional partners.
Identify bottlenecks and improve engineering processes and delivery.
Drive continuous improvement in engineering practices, tooling, and developer experience.
