Delavan Holdings is hiring two Software Engineers in Delavan, WI to build internal applications, system integrations, and AI-assisted automation in Python, TypeScript, and React on Azure. Full-time and on-site, working directly with the teams who use what you ship.

This hands-on role turns real operating-company problems into production-ready software, prototyping quickly, validating with users, and delivering reliable, scalable solutions that stay true to user needs.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of software engineering, full-stack development, or systems integration.
• Proficiency in Python and TypeScript/JavaScript with React experience.
• Strong SQL skills (PostgreSQL preferred) and ORM experience.
• Experience with REST APIs, webhooks, and OAuth or API keys.
• Git/GitHub workflow, testing, and CI/CD practices.
• Experience with Azure services and production deployments.
• Security and data governance practices.

Responsibilities

• Build and ship internal tools end-to-end across front end, back end, and data.
• Prototype quickly, validate with users, and harden reliable solutions.
• Integrate line-of-business systems via APIs, exports, and webhooks.
• Develop AI-assisted automations and agent workflows.
• Rebuild non-technical automations as production-grade software.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into software.
• Maintain code in GitHub with reviews and proportionate tests.
• Deploy through staged Azure environments with controlled releases.
• Document what you build and manage credentials securely.
• Design resilient architectures and monitor production systems.
