Job summary

Blueprint Technologies, LLC is seeking a Software Development Engineer - AI and Automation to build applied AI and platform solutions across Azure, .NET, C#, Python, React, and SQL. You will turn prototypes into secure, observable production services while partnering with end users and cross-functional teams.

This role demands hands-on cloud and AI experience, strong problem solving, and the ability to operate in ambiguity while balancing experimentation with production-grade engineering.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent.
• 3+ years of professional software development experience.
• Strong proficiency with .NET, C#, Python, and SQL.
• Hands-on experience with LLMs and AI services, including prompt engineering.
• Experience bringing AI-powered features or automation to production.
• Experience automating real-world workflows via integrations or orchestration.

Responsibilities

• Identify high-friction workflows and design automated solutions to reduce cost and errors.
• Build AI agents and intelligent workflows using Azure tools.
• Design multi-step tool use and human-in-the-loop workflows.
• Replatform prototypes into secure, scalable production services.
• Develop RESTful APIs and backend services on Azure.
• Implement secure authentication with Entra ID and secure access controls.
• Collaborate with engineers and stakeholders and participate in code reviews.
