Job summary

Delavan Holdings is hiring two Software Engineers in Delavan, WI to build internal applications, system integrations, and AI-assisted automation using Python, TypeScript, and React on Azure. This is a full-time, on-site role working directly with the teams who use the software.

You will turn real operating-company problems into working software—creating internal tools, integrating line-of-business systems, and developing AI-driven automations that reduce manual work.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of software engineering or systems integration experience.
• Proficient in Python and TypeScript/JavaScript.
• Experience building web apps with React and REST APIs.
• Experience integrating systems via REST APIs, webhooks, and exports.
• Familiarity with Azure deployment and Git workflow.

Responsibilities

• Build and ship internal tools end-to-end across frontend, backend, and data.
• Prototype quickly, validate with users, and harden production code.
• Integrate line-of-business systems using APIs, exports, and webhooks.
• Develop AI-assisted automations and agent workflows to reduce manual work.
• Translate user needs into shippable software with fast feedback loops.
• Document architecture, connections, authentication, and deployment.
