HMH is seeking an AI Development Software Engineer to redefine how software is built using AI to dramatically increase speed and quality. You will be a hands-on software engineer using AI tools within your daily workflow to ship reliable software efficiently.

You will contribute to AI-assisted testing, automation, and documentation generation while working with production systems and a global engineering team to deliver practical solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree or higher in Computer engineering or equivalent.
• Experience with software development.
• Experience with coding assistants and agents like Claude Code, Codex, GitHub Copilot, Cursor, etc.

Responsibilities

• Use AI tools and agents as a primary part of your development workflow.
• Build software faster and more efficiently with AI-assisted coding, testing, and debugging.
• Design and implement internal AI-powered tools, templates, workflows and automation.
