Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in computer engineering or equivalent.
• Experience with software development.
• Experience with coding assistants and AI agents (Claude Code, Codex, Copilot, Cursor).

Responsibilities

• Use AI tools and agents as a primary part of your development workflow.
• Build software faster and more efficiently by leveraging AI-assisted coding, testing, and debugging.
• Design and implement internal tools, templates, workflows and automation where AI accelerates development.
• Apply rapid, iterative, user-focused development practices.
• Use AI-based test automation and validation to ensure high quality.
• Continuously identify ways to reduce development time while maintaining standards.
• Mentor colleagues in adopting AI-first development practices.
