Boston Scientific Cardiac Diagnostics in Arden Hills, MN is seeking an AI-Assisted Software Development Intern to join our Software Development team. You will work with engineers, AI/ML specialists, and product teams to apply AI agents to real development tasks in a healthcare technology environment.

The role emphasizes directing AI-powered coding, validating results, writing tests, and contributing to code reviews and Agile ceremonies.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in CS, SE, or CE.
• Must graduate between Fall 2027 and Spring 2028.
• Eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship; on-site in Arden Hills, MN.
• Hands-on experience using AI-assisted development tools (Codex, Claude Code, Copilot).

Responsibilities

• Use AI coding agents to support day-to-day software development.
• Direct agents with objectives, constraints, and acceptance criteria.
• Review AI-generated code for correctness, security, and maintainability.
• Develop automated tests and document prompts and workflows.
• Participate in Agile activities and code reviews.
