MediSolution invites applications for an Entry Level Software Developer focused on AI & Innovation Mindset. You will work with real enterprise software, contributing to design, development, and modernization using VB.NET, C#, .NET, WinForms and ASP.NET Core APIs.

Emphasis on learning AI‑driven workflows, code quality, and scalable data solutions. You will collaborate with cross‑functional teams to investigate issues, implement tests, and automate engineering tasks, while gaining hands‑on

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, AI or related field.
• Experience with generative AI, prompt engineering, AI‑assisted software development.
• Proficiency in OOP languages such as VB.NET, C#, Java or similar.
• Strong knowledge of SQL and relational databases.
• Experience with Visual Studio, Visual Studio Code, Azure DevOps, GitHub.
• Hands‑on AI‑assisted development tools to understand codebases, generate and improve code.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, maintain and modernise Realware/Collectware.
• Develop applications with VB.NET, C#, .NET, WinForms, WPF/XAML, ASP.NET Core APIs and SQL Server.
• Leverage AI‑assisted development tools throughout the lifecycle.
• Create and maintain AI agent instructions, context files and development standards.
• Identify opportunities to leverage AI and automation to improve efficiency and quality.
