Job summary

RedStream Technology seeks a Software Engineer II / Senior Software Engineer to join an AI-native engineering group shaping the future of software delivery. You will help define agentic development practices, review Claude Code outputs, and ensure reliable, production-ready software from day one.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement plan-first workflows, uphold engineering standards, and evolve AI integration with clear guardrails and documentation.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of professional software engineering with production ownership.
• Experience with .NET 8, TypeScript and modern databases.
• Strong code‑review judgment and the ability to recognize subtly wrong AI output.
• Comfort operating as a director of agentic tools rather than sole author — and the discipline to verify, not trust.
• Solid testing discipline and familiarity with CI‑based quality gates.

Responsibilities

• Run the plan-first workflow on every non-trivial change: explore, plan, review, then implement.
• Direct Claude Code effectively and review its output as rigorously as a senior engineer would review PRs.
• Catch and correct AI errors — wrong problem solved, unintended side effects, standards drift — before they reach review.
• Understand, contribute and improve AI-DLC workflow and skills — created inside plan mode and review before any code is written.
