Qualifications

• 4+ years of progressive software engineering with leadership.
• Hands-on coding in production environments.
• Experience with .NET/C#, React, or Python.
• Experience building with LLMs in production or near production.
• Prompt engineering with testing and iteration.
• Familiarity with Azure or AWS cloud platforms.
• Understanding of microservices and API design.
• Ability to give constructive code reviews and mentor others.
• Strong cross-team collaboration and clear communication.
• Curiosity about the big picture and growth into architecture.

Responsibilities

• Implement architectural patterns and standards across teams.
• Translate architectural guidance into concrete implementation.
• Collaborate with Solution and Enterprise Architects on AI adoption.
• Review code for architectural alignment and quality.
• Prototype approaches to validate decisions before rollout.
• Document patterns and ADRs for teams to follow.
