The role emphasizes hands-on engineering, integration of LLMs, and collaboration with product teams to translate business requirements into scalable AI-enabled software.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Generative AI and/or LLM technologies in software
• Experience integrating LLMs or AI services into applications
• Knowledge of prompt engineering, context windows, embeddings, and vector search
• Familiarity with RAG, tool/calling functions, and AI agents
• Ability to review and improve AI-generated code, ensure security and privacy

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and integrate AI/LLM-powered capabilities in enterprise apps
• Evaluate and integrate LLM platforms and AI services
• Develop solutions using prompt engineering, embeddings, vector search, and RAG
• Build and consume RESTful APIs to connect AI capabilities
• Mentor team members and review AI/LLM best practices
