Job summary

Class2Class is seeking a Social Media Manager to help our Marketing Lead bring our social media strategy to life. You’ll plan and schedule content, write copy in our brand voice, and stay close to our community across platforms.

You’ll work with the content/design team to ensure visuals match campaigns, build a monthly content calendar, and use AI tools to speed up drafting and ideation. English fluency and 1+ year experience preferred.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience managing social media channels for a brand or organization
• Comfortable using AI tools to support content creation
• Experience with content calendars and scheduling tools (Meta Business Suite)
• Understanding of social media analytics and how to read performance data
• Comfortable contributing ideas to strategy, not just executing content
• Intermediate English level (C2C operates internationally)
• Bonus: experience using IA or automation tools.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Marketing Lead on social media strategy, channel priorities, and content planning across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.)
• Propose content ideas, formats, and campaign angles based on trends and audience insights
• Build and maintain a monthly content calendar aligned with C2C's key dates and campaigns
• Write and adapt copy for posts and captions that reflects C2C's brand voice, supported by AI tools to speed up drafting and ideation
• Schedule and publish posts across social platforms using scheduling tools
• Help us stay close to our community across channels
• Track key social media metrics (engagement, reach, follower growth) and translate results into insights for future content
• Coordinate with the content/design team to ensure visuals align with copy and campaign goals
